Our Big Island Hawaii accommodations are only minutes away from active hot lava plunging down the mountain and into the ocean, thermally heated hot ponds (Ahalanui Park), beautiful coastal parks (Mac Kenzie Park, Isaac Hale Park), Kapoho tidepools for snorkeling, Lava Tree Park, Kehena Black Sand Beach, old Kalapana (covered by lava in 1990) and steam vents in an area full of history. The charming town of Pahoa offers a selection of very good restaurants, stores, and galleries. Farmers Markets near Pahoa, Keaau and Hilo display the island's rich agricultural opulence with its fruits, vegetables and beautiful flowers. The open markets are a great source to get original gifts and souvenirs from Hawaii Island artists and experience the alternative flair of the Big Island.
Our Big Island Hawaii Bed and Breakfast offers two suites with living room and kitchenette and one studio. All have private bathrooms and separate entrances. Amenities such as free WiFi, laundry facility, BBQ grill, free parking, outdoor porches etc. are available to our guests. A gourmet island breakfast is included in our rates. We welcome families.
